DS Lite gets Brain Age 2 bundle
Red-and-black system packaged with sequel to breakthrough hit set to arrive in stores August 21.
The original Brain Age did wonders to expand the user base of the DS Lite, and now Nintendo is using that game's sequel to expand the system's selection of colors. Nintendo today announced that it will be bundling Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day with a red-and-black DS (or crimson-and-onyx, as the company calls it) when the game launches later this month.
While Nintendo is known for releasing multicolored consoles and handhelds, this will be the first new redecorated system from the company in nearly a year. Last September, Nintendo released onyx and coral pink versions of the DS Lite to complement the slimmer handheld's original ceramic white hue.
The Brain Age 2 DS Lite bundle will sell for $149.99, and includes a carrying case as a bonus. The package should arrive in stores alongside Brain Age 2 on August 21.
