According to the latest issue of Famitsu, Nintendo is publishing a new puzzle game for the DS titled Touch Panic. The game is being developed by Aki Corporation, the company that worked on the multiplatform Def Jam Vendetta.

Touch Panic features several panels that can be moved and rotated around the screen with the stylus. Each panel has a certain track on it, and the player's objective is to align the panels to create a route for balls to roll on. The player's goal is to steer the balls toward a goal. Each of the balls are printed with different symbols, and if the player sends them to the goal in a certain order, he or she will receive bonus points. The game is played with the lower DS screen, while the top screen is used for displaying the current score and remaining time.

No release period has been announced for Touch Panic.
