Comments

Infogrames has announced that the third installment in its best-selling Driver series will be released on the PC and all three of the latest console platforms in 2003. The game is being developed by Infogrames' own UK-based Reflections Interactive studio, the same team responsible for the previous two Driver games on the Sony PlayStation, as well as the recently released Stuntman for the PlayStation 2.

"The success of the Driver franchise is a historic milestone in the gaming industry," said Larry Sparks, vice president of European marketing for Infogrames. "Driver 3 on the PS2, Xbox, GameCube, and PC will undoubtedly take the franchise to another level of success and gaming experience."

We'll post more information on Driver 3 as it becomes available. In the meantime, take a look at our previous coverage of the Driver series.
