Bam! Entertainment has announced that it has secured the license to develop games based on the upcoming Warner Bros and Franchise Pictures film Driven, starring Sylvester Stallone. The first game developed under the agreement will be released for the Sony PlayStation 2 and the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. Driven will be a racing game with custom vehicles, international locations, and various racing styles. Modes of play will include story, arcade, and multiplayer. The multiplayer mode will be two-player split-screen. Bam! Entertainment promises that the PlayStation 2 version will have massive crashes and true-to-life car handling, and such details as flying debris littering the track. The game will run at 60fps and each car model will be rendered using about 5,000 polygons.

There will be two different gameplay styles in Driven. Players can either block other racers to help their teammate win or they can make a run for the pole position themselves. Teamwork will play a major role in the game, according to Bam! Entertainment. Both the Game Boy Advance and the PlayStation 2 versions of driven will be released this fall.
