GameSpot has learned that Sega has determined the approximate release date for its broadband Ethernet adapter for the Dreamcast. Despite reports from other sources, Sega stated today that its Ethernet adapter for the Dreamcast was never scheduled to release at the same time as Quake III Arena. The adapter should hit retail in late November or early December, sticking to Sega's initial release projection of Q4 2000. The Dreamcast mouse will be released on October 11, the same day the Dreamcast version of Quake III Arena goes to retail.
