Dragon Quest Builders PS4/Vita Demo Available Now
Dragon Quest Builders releases for PS4 and Vita on October 11.
Dragon Quest Builders launches in a couple weeks, but you don't have to wait until then to try it for yourself. The sandbox/building game's demo is out now on PS4 and Vita.
All you have to do to download the demo is visit the appropriate store link (PS4/Vita), click "Try Free Demo," confirm the purchase, and then download to your system of choice.

The Dragon Quest spin-off combines elements from the Dragon Quest series with mechanics and systems similar to games like Minecraft. It's set in the same world that the original Dragon Quest was, but in an alternate timeline of sorts. Players are tasked with gathering materials and rebuilding the world that's now been taken over by monsters.
Dragon Quest Builders releases for PS4 and Vita on October 11. At launch, players can pick up a Day One edition, which includes three exclusive recipes that make building materials only usable in the game's free-build mode. You can check out each recipe here.
The game originally released in Japan this past January. Franchise producer Yu Miyake said that he wants to bring other games over, including Dragon Quest X and Dragon Quest XI.
