Xbox One owners can now play BioWare's upcoming open-world role-playing game, Dragon Age: Inquisition, provided they have a membership to EA Access ($5/month or $30/year).
EA Access members can now download the Inquisition trial through the EA Access hub on Xbox One. Similar to other trials, the one for Inquisition is limited to a period of six hours.
Beyond the time limit, however, there are no other caveats for Inquisition's pre-release play period on Xbox One. You'll have access to the full game (after a 40 GB+ download), including its single-player campaign and cooperative multiplayer missions.
In-game messages will let you know how much time you have left.
All of your progress through Inquisition's trial will carry forward to the full version of the game. EA Access members will even save 10 percent on the game, meaning they can get it for $54.
Though Inquisition doesn't launch until next Tuesday, November 18, the game's review embargo has already lifted. We scored the game a 9/10, while other critics praised it highly as well.
