Larian Studios' Divinity II: Ego Draconis received tepid reviews when it was released in January. However, the German development house is hoping to win some over with a new, beefed-up version of the game set to hit the PC and Xbox 360 this fall in Europe.

Today, Focus Home Interactive announced it will publish a compilation pack titled Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga. The bundle will include a graphically updated version of Divinity II: Ego Draconis, as well as the title's first batch of add-on content, Flames of Vengeance.

As for the new content, the Flames of Vengeance pack brings over 35 new quests, as well as additional creatures and items to the game's world. The add-on content was announced in March for the Xbox 360 and PC and was said to release in August on Xbox Live and through digital distribution outlets on the PC. However, statements made on the content's FAQ page say the content won't release as downloadable content on the Xbox 360 and will arrive first on the PC.

The Dragon Knight Saga, which does not yet have a price, will be released on the Xbox 360 and PC in Europe this October. As of press time, Focus Home Interactive has not responded to GameSpot's inquiry about a North American release.

Divinity II: Ego Draconis is a sequel to 2002's PC-exclusive Divine Divinity, which received warm reviews for its hack-and-slash action meshed with classic role-playing elements.
