That $6.99 a month price won't last too long. Once they feel they have enough people hooked in (probably after a year), expect it to jump dramatically.

I'm interested, but I want to see more original content than the old stuff. I'm not interested in watching old Disney and Fox stuff. They should really have more content at release. Disney has hundreds of movies and shows over the course of decades that they could throw on this, and that's not even mentioning all the Fox content they just got. This seems paltry in comparison to what they have available, even if the price is decent. If the price stays at $7/mo., I'll probably sign up once they have more original content.

No news about new series of Luke Cage or Jessica Jones?

Avatar image for moriwenne

Honestly, that's a lot of content for the price. It will immediately get loads of people to join but to grow they'll really need new content. Nostalgia and rewatchs just don't have the same appeal.

Why have a limited, rotating library of content like that, when you own all of it? Shouldn't the entire MCU be there? Why launch with what's considered the worst Thor movie, and not the other two?

Uh, care to be a bit more vague on what shows they'll have? I mean, they could have at least named a few of the more popular ones to increase interest for something OTHER than the movies...and 30 f'n seasons of Simpsons.

*and by "they" i mean Disney. Not Gamespot. Unless of course Gamespot is able to do that.

Disney greed. By time you get done paying for all these streaming services you may as well just get cable.

All 30 seasons of The Simpsons. Wow. I'm going to be watching that for quite some time

Avatar image for alastor529

@Fartman7998: yaa bt lets see if they are uncut or editited.

Simpsons had alot of anti-disney jokes. also recently they removed Apu from the series due to SJW sentiment. basically 5 people on twitter complained and that was all they needed to remove a fan favorite of decades.

@alastor529: Disney+ is censoring Dumbo, so there’s that.

Avatar image for alastor529

@Elranzer: ok..so they are gonna alter things.

Toy Story 4?

>Iron Man

>Iron Man 3

I know IM2 was one of the weakest MCU movies but still.

@mcnichoj: Not to mention them putting The Dark World on before the other two. Wtf? Weird decision making here.
