Strategy First has today announced that Disciples II: Servants of the Dark has shipped to stores in North America. The stand-alone expansion pack for Disciples II: Dark Prophecy is the second to be released this year and focuses on the evil factions in the Disciples II world, including the Legions of the Damned and the Undead Hordes.

"First we brought you Guardians of the Light, and now Servants of the Dark, which is going to introduce gamers to a whole new side of the Disciples world," said Steve Milburn, director of marketing for Strategy First. "The good side was fun, but we all know that everyone is waiting for their chance to visit the dark side."

Disciples II: Servants of the Dark adds a number of new features to the game, including two new campaigns, 16 new skirmish maps, a random map generator, three new special characters, and improved computer AI.
