Die Hard: Nakatomi Plaza, Sierra's action game based on the original Die Hard action film, has gone gold and will ship to stores later this month, according to a company representative. The game follows the story of the film, and it lets players assume the role of John McClane, an off-duty detective who gets caught in the midst of an elaborate terrorist plot. As McClane, players will fight their way through a series of levels filled with dangerous criminals in an effort to foil the terrorists' plans.

Die Hard: Nakatomi Plaza will be available in stores the week of April 23 for an approximate retail price of $29.99. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game and download the playable demo linked below.
