@derceto: Maybe, but going gold only signifies the end of initial development. I'm not exactly excusing it (the Arkham Knight PC blunder is still a little too fresh for comfort), but this is simply the concession we pay for the games us consumers want.

@datriax: I dunno, Rise of the Tomb Raider was an amazing experience all-round. As was Human Revolution.

@darthrevenx: Im not a fan of their episodic style of game making they are moving too, its the reason i wont buy hitman and if i had a ps4 wouldnt buy FF7 remake or any other game they make like that. each to their own but i think games delivered in pieces is a bad move for the industry

@darthrevenx: They ended the pre-order campaign themselves when they realized it was dumb and nobody liked it. And Hitman actually works better as an episodic game (plus, it's the best Hitman yet). I'm not seeing the problem here, or why you'd go out of your way to make sure the developers don't get your money.

Also, Hitman is not made by Eidos.

@darthrevenx: Did this happen with the XCOM Enemy Unknown? I can't remember anything like that but they did the same thing and got away with it and so have tons of other devs on Steam this one just got more marketing.

@darthrevenx: Based on how eidos montreal performed last game that will be a stupid move, square enix is shit but theyre just the publishers, besides they changed their decisions on pre-orders which they admited it was stupid, the description of the deluxe edition is awesome, season pass, music sampler, theme plus more content so the next time you say some shit inform yourself first, this is probably the best game in terms of content and a clear goty contenders

@camou504: I don't really get the hate. I guess because it's not like the first? The only thing I didn't like (well, not the only thing, but the aspect I disliked most I suppose) was the ending, simply because it was pretty depressing in my opinion. I loved where you go, but what you do, or what I did to make it feel right, and what choice I made, it was both the happiest, and yet still not happy. It kind of puts a cloud over the whole series seeing as where it heads, and Adam Jensen can't stop it, ha ha. Also, once you get the sniper-like gun, that's all you really have to use. I liked that gun. Enjoy the game. Did you play through the first one?

@giorc: It doesn't, but I'm not sure if black screen is a correct term, or just something that happened in peoples games. I mean, it, like the first, goes from first to third when it comes to takedowns, so if that's what you mean by black screen, then it still does it. I don't really know that term, but if you mean that the game would go to black, and then proceed to the animation, that never happened to me.
