Destiny: Rise of Iron Video Showcases the New Raid Coming Tomorrow

With Destiny's new Rise of Iron expansion releasing earlier this week, we're now just a day away from the launch of its new raid, Wrath of the Machine. Bungie has released a new trailer teasing what awaits.

It's not the first time we're seeing the raid, but if you're looking to get excited about what it'll be like, this trailer does a fine job. It starts out with some existing footage and dialogue from Rise of Iron before jumping into a series of quick shots from the raid which will, of course, feature some platforming.

Wrath of the Machine goes live tomorrow, September 23, at 10 AM PT. There will no doubt be a race to see who completes it first, although until players get in there, we don't know how long that might take.

The new raid is one of the major components of Rise of Iron, which features a somewhat short story campaign. It also adds new strikes, Crucible content, weapons, armor, and other features. You can read more about it in GameSpot's review in progress and check out the patch notes here.
