Destiny 2's next major update is coming alongside the Curse of Osiris expansion early next month, and now developer Bungie has shared some new details about it. Game director Luke Smith said on Twitter that on the systems side of the December update, you can expect the following changes:

  • Economy updates (vendors & acquiring their gear, tokens, legendary shards).
  • Investment updates (new reward systems for weapons & armor).
  • Gameplay updates.
  • "And more."

That's as specific as Smith got, but he said players can expect more details, hopefully including all the specifics, on Destiny 2's big new update later this week. Not only that, but Bungie project lead Mark Noseworthy and Smith will answer fan questions and address some of the feedback that Bungie has heard since Destiny 2 launched.
