Destiny 2 Lord Saladin And His Wolves Figure Revealed

A new figure based on the upcoming game has been announced.

Cayde-6 is not the only Destiny character getting his own figure for Destiny 2. GameStop/EB Games has announced that it is the exclusive seller of a Lord Saladin toy that also comes with his wolves.

A product page on the EB Games site mentions in its title that this is a Destiny 2 item, while the GameStop listing only calls it a Destiny figure. Whatever the case, it doesn't go on sale until September 30 (a few weeks after Destiny 2 arrives on September 8), though it is available to preorder right now.

The Lord Saladin and his wolves figure ($20) is officially licensed and is made by Bigshot Toyworks. It's made of PVC and Saladin stands 4 inches tall. The wolves look particularly menacing.

In addition to the Cayde-6 and Lord Saladin figures, which are exclusive to GameStop/EB Games, Bungie is working with McFarlane toys on a $35 Lord Saladin 10-inch figure. Additionally, there are Warlock, Titan, and Hunter figures coming from McFarlane.

Destiny 2 is coming out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as PC. For lots more on the game, including its story and characters, read GameSpot's previous coverage. The first gameplay trailer will premiere in May.

This time around, you won't just get your wallet milked by overpriced DLC's sold under "EXPANSION". No. This time around they'll milk your wallet with Made in China toys as well.

Exciting.
