Destiny 2 Dev Details Upcoming Changes, Such As Equipping Multiple Exotic Emotes

It's a big news day for Destiny 2. In spite of the game's first expansion, Curse of Osiris, launching next week, the new content isn't the biggest story. Rather, Bungie has released a lot of information regarding its response to player feedback and increasing complaints from the game's most dedicated players.

Although some of the updates are big, like a new weapon tier, there are also a couple of smaller tweaks in the works that will nonetheless be welcomed by the fanbase. For example, Bungie announced today that it is working on allowing players to equip several rare emotes at once--that way, you don't have to choose between Salty, Spicy Ramen, Six Shooter, and Flip Out.

Further, Bungie is revamping the way that the Crucible doles out rewards. This includes giving players better motivation to complete matches, and punishing players who quit. The studio promises more information on this in the beginning of next year.

Strikes, Adventures, and Lost Sectors will also give out better rewards, and a Heroic Strike playlist will be added in December. Adventures and Lost Sector rewards will come in a later update. Lastly, Prestige Activities will receive better incentives in a January update.
