Delta Force Update

Delta Force has garnered a lot of attention since its release two weeks ago, and NovaLogic is not content to sit still but is instead continuing to build on the game's recent success, despite a few shortcomings.

After announcing the new King of the Hill multiplayer game available online at NovaWorld, NovaLogic's free online gaming service, NovaLogic announced on Friday the "Mess With the Best" Delta Force Team Deathmatch Tournament 98, to begin on December 5. Sign-up starts on November 20 at 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

The tournament is run on a first-come first-served basis with 16 eight-member teams in a single-elimination-style match. Two additional squads will be chosen as alternates.

NovaLogic is also planning on fixing some of the networking problems that have cropped up on NovaWorld play. The company will patch the online service by November 23 as well as release a patch for the game sometime in the near future, which will hopefully solve the reported problems before the tournament gets under way.
