Deadpool 3 is the first entry in the foul-mouthed series since Disney acquired 20th Century Fox. Fans might be happy to hear that the family-friendly Disney doesn't appear to be throttling the third film when it comes to content. Karan Soni, who plays Dopinder in the series, explained that Deadpool 3 is another "hard R" movie that should feel familiar to fans of the franchise.

"I have begun working on that one, so I can say that it is the same as the other two. It's like hard R. There's a lot of that stuff. So it does not feel different," Soni told ComicBook.com. "The only thing that, for me, is different is that I have not gotten the script this time. The other two, we did get it, it's a big difference, at least for me, the MCU part of it vs. the Fox/Marvel part of it. They're so strict. So I've only seen glimpses of what I'm in."

Soni went on to say that Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, is only interested in making a movie that he wants to make.

"Ryan [Reynolds] doesn't need to do any of these movies unless he gets to do his version of it and he is such a star, and, I don't need to say this, a creative genius," Soni said. "He's taking this opportunity and really pushing everything and, definitely, he's doing a lot of cool stuff. I feel very optimistic about it."

The movie is filming now and a series of set photos recently leaked.

In addition to Reynolds and Soni, Morena Baccarin and Stefan Kapicic are coming back to reprise their characters Vanessa and Colossus, repsectively. In terms of new additions to the cast, Hugh Jackman plays Wolverine, while Emma Corrin (The Crown) and Matthew Macfadyen (Succession) are joining Deadpool 3 in new roles.

Shawn Levy, who directed Reynolds in the movie Free Guy, is directing Deadpool 3. Series writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese are coming back to write the script with Zeb Wells.
