Dead Rising, Borderlands PC Games Discounted in New Steam Sale

Steam has rolled out new weekend-only deals and they are themed around the Dead Rising and Borderlands franchises. Now through Monday, you can save as much as 70 percent on Dead Rising games, while Borderlands titles are discounted as deeply as 80 percent. Scroll down to see some of the offers.

Discounted Dead Rising games include Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse Edition ($15), Dead Rising 2 ($6), and the Dead Rising Collector's Pack ($26), which comes with Dead Rising 2-3 and lots of DLC.

As for the Borderlands sale, marked-down games include The Pre-Sequel ($16), a Borderlands 1 and 2 combo pack ($10), and Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition ($10). You can see all of the Borderlands deals here.

In other Steam sale news, a variety of F1 racing games are marked down this weekend and the latest entry, F1 2015, is playable free through Sunday. Additionally, Civilization IV designer Soren Johnson's Offworld Trading Company, which is still in Early Access, is discounted to $20 this weekend only.
