Dark Reign on the Web

Activision has launched a web site devoted to its real-time strategy game Dark Reign.

A new downloadable mission will be added every two weeks to the Dark Reign Universe, as Activision is calling the site. The missions will be part of a "continuing episodic storyline" (Activision's choice of words again) that leads up to an upcoming Dark Reign add-on pack.

The web site is also set to include a Dark Reign encyclopedia, a news area, customer support, game designer biographies, discussion boards, hints and tips, a construction kit walk-through, links to fan-created sites, and (soon) a "trading post" where game maps and conversions will be located.
