Dark Alliance for the Xbox goes gold

The Xbox version of last year's PS2 action RPG will be ready to ship in November.


Interplay and its distribution partner, Vivendi Universal Publishing, have announced that Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance for the Xbox has been completed and approved for manufacturing. The game will be ready to ship in November, and the recently announced GameCube version is scheduled for release in the same month. Interplay points out that the PlayStation 2 version of the game was rather popular for a new console franchise and has been one of Interplay's best-selling recent games, selling 500,000 copies worldwide.
