Creative vs. Aureal

Creative Labs' patent infringement suit against Aureal will go to trial this Thursday. San Francisco Judge Maxine Chesney will preside. Jury selection starts promptly at 8am, and opening arguments are expected to start the following Monday. Since each side only has 15 hours to present its case, the trial should be settled within a matter of weeks. We'll keep you posted on the status of the legal battle as it rolls ahead.
