Take a look at the upcoming single-player action game in development at Gearbox.

Comments

Valve Software sent us a group of new screenshots from its upcoming action game, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, which is currently in development at Gearbox Software, the Dallas-based studio that created the expansions Half-Life: Opposing Force and Half-Life: Blue Shift. The new screens show off some of the characters, environments, and weapons that will appear in the upcoming game.

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero will add a single-player mode to the popular Half-Life multiplayer mod Counter-Strike. It will feature a full single-player campaign that will let players play as both a terrorist and a counterterrorist. The game will also feature a cooperative mode, new weapons and items, and a number of new character models and multiplayer maps. In addition, the game will feature Valve's voice and spectator technology.

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero is scheduled for release early next year. For more information about Counter-Strike, take a look at our full review of the game.
