Cossacks: The Art of War goes gold

CDV Software has announced that the North American version of Cossacks: The Art of War, its latest real-time strategy game expansion, has gone gold and will soon ship to stores. The expansion is set in the late 18th century, and it continues the timeline of Cossacks: European Wars. It features a number of new options and improvements, such as a map editor and a complete multiplayer mode. In addition, a new playback feature will record battles and then replay them in either real time or accelerated time.

Cossacks: The Art of War was developed by GSC Game World, the studio that created the original game, and it will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $19.99. For more information, take a look at our in-depth preview of the expansion.
