Some new content is headed to Call of Duty: Warzone on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One later this week, developer Infinity Ward confirmed. This includes updating the battle royale's game modes and more. [Update: Infinity Ward has now released the new CoD update, which is another big patch.]

First up is the introduction of Blood Money Quads. Instead of a group of three, however, players can take teams of four into the battle royale's Blood Money mode, giving you more opportunities to collecting cash and complete contracts.

Now Playing: New Call Of Duty Multiplayer Maps & Warzone Gulag Changes This Week - GS News Update

In addition to Blood Money Quads, Infinity Ward is adding a new limited-time game mode: Classic Battle Royale. As the name implies, this mode removes all the extras from Warzone's battle royale experience, stripping it to the barest of essentials. There are no buy stations, no contacts, and no Gulag to give players any sort of edge in-game this time around.

Warzone will see some additional changes this week as well. This includes bringing more weapons into the Gulag, adding a new item to the game, and more.

Further, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will see some extra inclusions this week, too, such as a new Gunfight map, the return of a familiar series location, and more.
