Netflix's Cobra Kai has been a massive hit since landing on the streaming service, and on September 9, Season 5 will arrive. To celebrate this announcement, Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for the show, and things have gotten wild.

At the end of Season 4--spoilers coming for anyone who isn't caught up--Cobra Kai had won the 51st annual All-Valley Karate Tournament, and in its wake, Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) turned on Kreese (Martin Kove) and had him arrested. Now, Silver has complete control of the dojo. Additionally, Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) has stepped away from karate to repair all the damage he caused, especially with Miguel (Xolo Maridueña). Check out the new video below.

Cobra Kai is now a growing business with Silver opening multiple dojos across the valley. Of course, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) wants to stop this, and he's teaming up with with Chozen (Yuji Okumoto) in order to do so. Lawrence is on his own mission to try and find Miguel.

Additional stars of Cobra Kai include Courtney Henggeler as Amanda LaRusso, Tanner Buchanan as Robby Keene, Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso, Jacob Bertrand as Hawk, Gianni Decenzo as Demetri, Vanessa Rubio as Carmen, Peyton List as Tory and Dallas Dupree Young as Kenny. Cobra Kai is written and executive produced by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg.
