Civ II Coming for PlayStation

Ready to build your empire? Next month Activision is releasing Civilization II, the PlayStation port of the popular PC game from Sid Meier. Your goal is, essentially, world domination - you build your armies, buildings, cities, weapons, and relations with other leaders. Then you use them to dominate or colonize another planet. The story starts in 4000 BC and goes all the way up to 2020 AD (covering over 6020 years of history). The PlayStation version has a redesigned interface, as the PC one obviously wouldn't work on a console. Gamers can expect Civilization II sometime in January.
