Circus Maximus remains on track

Despite rumors to the contrary, Encore Software has confirmed that Circus Maximus is still on track to be released for the Microsoft Xbox. Industry rumors have hinted at the recent financial problems being experienced by the game's developer Kodiak Software, which, according to company sources, is on the verge of closure. However, work on Circus Maximus continues and the game is in the final stages of development. It continues to remain on its mid-February release date, according to an Encore Software spokesperson.
