Strategy First and Techland have today announced that Chrome has shipped to stores across North America. The futuristic first-person shooter sees players assuming the role of a mercenary named Logan in a world where megacorporations are competing for control of chrome--the system's most valuable resource.
"Chrome is a thinking man's shooter," said Steve Milburn, director of marketing at Strategy First. "In the same vein as games like System Shock and Deus Ex, players must choose their weapons and ammo carefully, use implants to improve their performance, and know when to come in with guns blazing or sneak in undetected. It can mean the difference between life and death!"
