Days after Jeremy Renner's snow plowing accident, in which the Oscar-nominated actor suffered severe trauma, his Marvel family and peers reached out to the star and lent their support and encouragement. Renner suffered intense injuries after a snow plow ran over him while he was trying to help a stranded family member in the snow in his community.

Over on his Instagram, Renner posted that he was "too messed up" to type but sent love to his fans in which the likes of James Gunn, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, Chris Evans, and even comic book legends like Todd McFarlane, and Jill Thompson rallied around the Hawkeye star.

"Speedy recovery buddy," replied Hemsworth. "Sending love your way!"

Thor Ragnarok and Love and Thunder director Taika Waititi also commented on Renner's post, telling the star he loved him and called him brother.

Chris Evans called Renner "tough as nails" and added his love for his Avengers co-star.

Renner's accident took place on New Year's Day. So far, he's undergone two surgeries for his injuries. In a statement to the press, the actor's family said they "would like to express their gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, Washoe County Sheriff, Reno City Mayor Hillary Schieve and the Carano and Murdock families. They are also tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans."
