Bloodborne: The Death of Sleep debuts in February.

Bloodborne proved to be quite popular when it was released for PS4 back in 2015, even spawning a spin-off card game. We learned recently that the game is set to continue in the form of a comic book series--and we've gotten a look at some artwork and variant covers from the upcoming release.

Below, you can see four different covers--one featuring the same artwork as the game's box art, and three others showcasing death and bloodshed, as is appropriate for Bloodborne. More importantly, you can see the first artwork from inside the comic itself. These consist of some action-packed panels from two pages, including one decapitation.

Bloodborne: The Death of Sleep is being written by Ales Kot (whose previous credits include Change, Zero, and Wolf) and art by Piotr Kowalski, who previously worked on Wolfenstein and Witcher comic spin-offs. Titan Comics plans to release the first issue in physical comic stores and online in February.

Despite the game's popularity, a sequel has not yet been announced. There have, however, been ways for fans to express their enthusiasm for the game between the aforementioned card game and the gorgeous $800 Bloodborne hunter statue that we saw earlier this year.
