Now Playing: Confronting Ganon With One Life - Zelda Breath Of The Wild | GraveHoppers Ep. 11

As GameSpot's 2017 Game Of The Year, Breath of the Wild has kickstarted a new chapter in the Legend of Zelda franchise, innovating and revolutionizing a beloved classic for a modern era by creating a beautiful, immersive experience that may be a year old, but still has plenty of secrets to uncover and love. We offered some of the highlights in our end-of-the-year roundup, explaining "When immersed in the world after time spent exploring and battling enemies, "empty" scenes are markedly tranquil. So much effort is put into making you feel like a piece of a larger-than-life world, one that, like our own, is beyond total comprehension, that a simple scene like cresting a grassy hill to catch the sunrise just as a flock of herons takes flight is enough to make you take pause and appreciate the gravity and beauty of the world around you."

Set for release on November 20 with a retail price of $40, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild--Creating A Champion is the perfect holiday pick for both the art fans and Zelda fanatics in your life, and a modern companion to Dark Horse and Nintendo's 2013 Hyrule Historia, which outlined the pre-Breath of the Wild history and lore of Link's timeless journey.
