Death Stranding originally launched on PS4 in November 2019 to much critical praise. In GameSpot's Death Stranding review, we scored the game a 9/10, with reviews editor Kallie Plagge writing, "Death Stranding is a hard game to absorb. [And it's] a game that requires patience, compassion, and love, and it's also one we really need right now."

Following the cancellation of "a major project" of Kojima's, his studio is now planning its next game. Since this title is only in the "early planning stages," details about it have yet to be revealed. But that's not stopping fans from obsessing over every photo of Kojima's workspace posted to social media for potential clues!

I can run it at 2k, hopefully a solid 60 FPS.

Though one of my gripes since late 7th gen, has been very poorly ported PC titles. I understand that console games and most all AAA games are designed 'to the metal' architecture of the console, but that doesn't mean the port has be poorly done. Even the highest of the highest end systems see framerate lags, glitches, and crashes. The biggest problem is lack of testing, instead of a team of professional game testers (not stereotypical stoners), publishers run virtual tests and often just dump the game on the pc community and fix the most urgent complaints. Leaving many games only decently playable till the 4th or 5th update.

For this game, which I tried on console, I will wait for a few months for a price drop and hopefully a few updates to iron out the bugs. I swear 6th and 7th gen games quality control was so much better on PC.

The specs are not too bad as I was not worried as my systems are/were prepared to run what is thrown at them.

If you have an Nvidia GPU the inclusion of DLSS 2.0 is going to help in-game performance greatly.

@artiebuco: Well 3 series RTX is going to be all that matters. Current RTX cards were just an experiment.

By the looks of it, I always thought this game used the same engine as Phantom Pain, because the gameplay is similar, while PP requires Intel Core i5-4460.
I don't understand intel processors that much, but is the i5-3470 older than i5-4460?

Because if it is, then I think I can play this game on my dual core. :)
