Bungie teaser marks July 14

There is already a RTS game being made so I doubt its that. A prequel most likely and in third person.

I bet its a new RTS or somthing, that would be cool. Maybe even some kind of new Action RPG or something.

Sendmn23... Your right the 360 is the best system I love mine so much right now it's in a box being shipped to Texas to be fixed for the fourth time. Gosh sure am glad I paid 449.99 plus tax for that great Xbox elite that was supposed to finally have all the bugs worked out. THANKS A BUNCH MICROSOFT! And the ps3 40 gig plays ps one games. And there are good games out for the PS3 just because the online for some of those games isnt amazing doesn't mean the whole system itself suxs. It allready has a lot of great games one of them prolly being the game of the year Metal Gear Solid. But it still has plenty of great games coming out with god of war 3, killzone 2, socom, inFamous, and resistance 2. The 360 really doesn't have any huge exclusives coming out besides fable 2 and Gears 2.

Let's hope it is still for the 360. PS3 got dang Metal Gear, let us keep Halo, plz.

I just hope that Bungie's next game wont just be on the 360. Bungie puts time and effort into their games, looking forward to the next.

HALO never did anything for me, bored me about all. Bungie has my attention though, would love to see what they can pull outta there hats.

They could be working on a futuristic RTS, seeing as how that's what Halo was originally going to be when it was planned for the Mac, before Microsoft bought Bungie. Personally, I think they're going to try to bring back Marathon one of these days, what with all the allusions and little references to that series that were spread throughout the Halo games. On a side note, I think there was something in their deal when they split from Microsoft that MS would keep the rights to the Halo license and that Bungie titles would still be Xbox exclusives. I'm not sure; it's just what I think I remember hearing.

sendmn u paid over a grand for 40 gig ps3..... r u stupid, then you mad cuz it dont play ps2 games well lets see they sauid it couldn from the beginning and ummm hmmm the 80 gb can play most ps2 games while the 60 can play all of them so..... dont be mad you spent over a grand when you could have gone to the store n got it for under 500 *(300 i think) and im not a fan boy as i hav both 360 n ps3, each better in their own way, but dont be mad that you paid money for something that in reality costs alot less.... where the hell did you get a ps3 frm for over a grand? welll w/e stupid move you made.... should got another 60gb frm a different place because wherever you were shopping im not suprised it crpped out on you beiong that they charge over a grand for a 400 dollar machine, i hav a 60gb n it plays all my ps2 n ps1 games just fine.... unlike microsofts system where your receive them through updates, in which then there BC(backwards compatible) .....which most of my games dont even work for the damn thing so i hav to hook up the 100 ton xbox up to play them, ps3 plays all of them cept. for the 40gb version which aint a big deal seeing how cheap that version is.... i mean you get what you pay for unlike your case where you pay over a grand....... wow well someone got the best of you huh, lol

Well Halo was OK, maybe now hat they have the ropes of Microsoft off their shoulders they can make a game with a little more to it than run n gun FPS.

Halo was a fun game, but It was WAAAYYY overrated. It was great, but certainly not 'the game to end all games' like the fanboys were ranting. But I enjoyed it, and I hope Bungie's next endeavor is even better.

Are you PS3 fanboys that silly to think Microsoft would allow a game to be brought over to the PS3 by Bungie, they are still under Microsoft Game Studios contract silly gameboys. But then again it would bring a GOOD game over tot he PS3 which I have to play any and I have played all 10. Oh except Call of Duty 4 which the multiplayer was with problems, yes it was better on Microsoft...

Halo wars anyone?

I dont like Halo at all. Please not another Space Invaders storyline. Can we get over the Aliens vs Humans concept for once. Thats the most outdone concept in video game history. CoD 4 was a hell of a lot better.

I wonder if the next game or games will be limited to the 360.

The Playstaion 3 sucks! Even if some how bungie managed to make a spectacular multiplayer game like halo for the ps3, I would'nt touch the damn thing to save my life! I bought a ps3 60 gig, and it went to the crapper. Then I bought a ps3 40 gig to play Metal Gear solid 4, and it can't even play my ps2 games. This sucks! I have over eighty games for my ps2, and forty three games for my ps one. I can't even play them on a system I paid over a grand for "waaay back when!" Nope! The best system by far is my MICROSOFT X-BOX 360!!!!!!!

I'd rather see Halo on the Wii. (Spartan Laser wiht that Wii-Mote, booyah!) They were working on one for DS (pure Multiplayer, all its worth, really), but it got shot down. I would've got it, and the graphics for the demo IGN had were pretty damn good.

Halo 4 will rule all. I'm eagerly awaiting to see what the makers of the best console fps to date has cooking.

Also to all the halo haters, Mario has been the number one game that has been beatebn till a franchise can't be beaten any longer, it was dead a long time ago. Also the Metal Gear series, how stupid can they get? Final Fantasy has also been beaten to death

Considering how butt-tastic Halo 3 was, I hope its not another Halo. Please, no more Halo bungie. Oh and comparing Halo to FF, they were all different stories and characters(dont count X-2). Halo 2 and 3, there dam near the same game.

Do something new." actually the story is far from "done to death" three games in a series has not been "done to death" if theres enough people out there who fight anyone that says "final fnatasy has done to death" after its 10+ games then halo sure as hell hasnt been.

Lets see, with Halo Wars coming (even though Bungie is not making it), there is very little chance that it's gonna be a Halo game (no matter how much I want it to be). Chances are it's one of these two scenarios: Scenario 1): We all know that Chief and Cortana were crashing towards Onyx at the end of Halo 3...it could be a Halo spin off following the SPARTAN III's, called Onyx rather than Halo. OR Scenario 2) Bungie brings back either Marathon or Oni. I really doubt that they are going to make a new series.

So apparently its only me who'd be doing backflips if a game set in the Halo universe were to be announced. And not one pigeon-holed in like I fear Halo Wars may turn out to be but a game that actually develops the story further. Check out Halopedia, there's tons of stuff Bungie could do with this franchise, its (ridiculously) deep! Almost Tolkien-esque deep!

It'll probably be some unexcited original game not related to anything they've put out so far. I think they're done w/ halo, which is sad, but in a way good. That way they don't over do it.

haha I love this kid thinkin its lego halo...you have to be joking. His handle is nintendo kid though...what can u expect. Somthing involving master chief would be cool...but Im not expecting it. I figure that they will stray away from him, though this is really exciting news
