Jondommy - surely it's not that strange if someone else asks why you have a certain opinion? Surely you are able to say why you see homosexuality as a disability beyond saying "I am me"?

So the sims was also an adult game? Everbody played it and it has always been sold as a game for everybody given its nice graphics, though it had homo content if you wanted to. I heard from my cousin that this game is a gay simulation? Is that true? I thought the review said it was a highschool themed game. I was thinking of buying it. But if it's a gay sim, I'm going to have to think twice. Then I'm going to have to play it and become gay Or something.

I dont understand why people want to get games banned, people should have the chioce what they can buy or not its a free country last time i checked, it makes me mad when people try to ban things especially games, i mean cmon you watch tv sometimes 2 guys kiss and do gay scenes, but when its in a game, thats a differant story, if anything games give you the chance to try new and differant things, so for people to go and try and ban games they must really be stupid.

Oh my god... when will Jack Thompson FINALLY stop dogging games about the tiniest things! First this is a topic about Gay content in a video game not whether you are born gay or choose it. First do I agree with it. No but that doesn't make a person a bigot they just don't agree. Second with out going to indepth People choose to a certain life style and they haven't proven other wise yet. This game made me gay I'm a child of the video game generation and I have a problem with imitating things I do in video games. I believe all games (No matter what form they are) depict my behavior and outlook on life and society. So, I just got finished with a three month addiction to Tetris DS (I built five brick houses on my farm with the knowledge I obtained with said game) and I delve into this piece of trash. Rockstar, I have to seriously reconsider purchasing any more games of yours! After you released GTA San Andreas, I started driving over people in my tractor trailer. Then you released Warriors, I started my own gang and beat up the local highschool baseball team. NOW you put out this game?! ... and I'm gay now. Can you make a game that teaches me how to form my own opinions and enhances my ability to rationalize thought? Cause I'd like that game.

Obviously this isn't going to bother anyone who bought this game or other Rockstar games...it's not like the company is known for producing uplifting, positive-themed games anyways. I say to Rockstar, shame on you. If people want to bash me now, go for it, your only argument is that this is acceptable because so many other people agree with you. Well I'm no longer going w/ the "masses" and I feel like this type of thing is the LAST thing we need put in games. But like I said, it's up to YOU to decide what you want to play. Never really cared about homosexuality so long as it's not forced in my face, much the same way about religion. People can do as they please so long as they don't try to force their belief and way of life on others, and let them make their own choices. As such, I genuinely don't see a problem with this gay kissing situation. As other posters have mentioned, kissing, gay or not, isn't exactly explicit, nor is it unheard of...heck, kids around that age are already jumping the gun to go having sex with each other, and a game that features kissing of the same sex is suddenly a god-awful thing spawned from Satan himself. Please, I genuinely want Jack Thompson to try something with this, really try to make the game an M rating or get banned, because his new 'reason' is nothing more than experimentation that happens every day in the real world.

For a lawyer who addressed the president of ESRB as 'Patty' instead of 'Ms. Vance', that was very rude of him indeed, to be honest.

The ESRB doesn't know what it's doing they give N3 a M rating for Violence, the equivlance violence of Smash Brothers, no blood or anything, then they give this game a T, with Language, Violence, Sexual Themes, Use of Alcohol and Drugs, and that Crude Humor whatever that means.They should have just gave this game an M rating and shut Thompson up.
