Breath of Fire title officially announced

Capcom has announced that the next installment of its Breath of Fire RPG series will be called Breath of Fire V: Dragon Quarter. In the game, players will take on the role of Ryu=1/8733 (the number represents his ID), a member of the security patrol known as the Rangers. Ryu is assigned to guard a chemical plant, where he encounters a girl named Nina, who's being attacked by a group of monsters. The game will use a feature that Capcom has dubbed the scenario overlay system, though no details on what that feature entails have been released.
