Bravely Default: Flying Fairy hitting 3DS February 7
Nintendo confirms launch date for Square Enix game; Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy arriving February 28.
Nintendo announced North America launch dates for two high-profile third-party 3DS games today during a Nintendo Direct briefing, slating Bravely Default: Flying Fairy for release on February 7 and Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy for February 28.
Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy is already available in Europe.
In addition, the Bravely Default: Flying Fairy Collector's Edition was confirmed for release in North America. It includes an art book, 34 AR cards, and a soundtrack CD. A price was not specified for the bundle.
Also during the Nintendo Direct briefing today, Nintendo announced that eight additional stages will be released for Pikmin 3 as downloadable content on December 2.
Today's Nintendo Direct video briefing also brought news of a new 3DS system update that will allow users to share eShop balances across the 3DS and Wii U through a unified Nintendo Network ID.
