BradyGames has announced that it is to work within Dorling Kindersley in the US. The company was previously with Pearson Education in North America, but from today the outfit will report to DK's CEO Gary June.

BradyGames is the biggest North American strategy guide publisher, and the Indianapolis-based company owns the book rights to many leading game series. These include Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy, and World of Warcraft.

The move to DK is intended to grow BradyGames' worldwide potential. DK's Gary June commented: "Most of Brady's current sales are in the US, so the consolidation allows DK's global reach to secure new licences and to extend foreign language sales." Penguin's key account team will now handle BradyGames sales in the UK.
