when do the reviews usually come out?

@fps_d0minat0r their differences make them great for eachother. One adds that missing element to the other, its agreat combination, you spelled it out yourself and came up with a nonsensical conclusion. RPG elements can be added to many genres and it just makes that particular game deeper. How is that bad? what you only want shallow shooters? Im sorry but I wouldnt mind a little depth in my shooters thank you very much.

ok after watching that video (lol) it's now ahead of AC2.

after Uncharted 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 this is mine!!! soz Gearbox but they come first.

This game doesn't look that interesting. I'll be playing Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls instead. :P

@ dynomitemasta I think cheeky refers to the saying tongue and cheek. In other words, the game is goofy, not taking itself very seriously, funny

@BLaZe462: I don;t care cos it'sjust another shooter. 1 proper RPG every 3 years, 1 shooter every 3 months. It's no wonder PC games sales are 60% lower than 10 years ago, we had 6-8 genres back then, now we barely have 2-3 and the way it's going, in a year or so, it'll be one - shooters. They may have a tiny little bit of strategy added, or a tiny morsel of roleplaying, but when looked at from a distance, they'll all be shooters!

im really liking this... but im also liking brutal legend... and i already preorder my Modern Warfare 2.... too many good games at the same time! my paycheck is just too damn small :(

role playing shooter........yh right. role playing is a slow genre, shooters are action packed and quicker.......they just dont go together. im not getting this.

hmmm, I was going to get fallout but its graphics looked a little odd to me. I think I will get this instead..........if it warrants the purchase that is. I am hopeful that it will as it has the oppurtunity to take the good points of F3 and remove the bad points since it was made afterwards.

Its going to be better than ODST and Modern Rehash 2. Already paid off my pre-order at Gamestop and can't wait to play it!

I have this game preordered and I suppose that I am looking rather forward to it. I did only pay $30 for it though, any more than that and I doubt that I would have got it before Christmas. I still think that the art style was a mistake. Not necessarily the art style but rather the extreme that it went to with the Cell Shading. I nicer blend between the "real" and cell shade look would have been better. \ \ Oh I hope this game is a 12/10 though. I need another kick @$$ game like Batman. I know that Uncharted is only going to last for a week, for me anyways.

@ finalcross north america is the continuous mass of land north of the mexican border. look for it in the news after the 20th. news is going to feature a story on the apparent disappearance of a few million people who haven't left their chairs since they brought this game home. ... alright, that may have been an exaggeration. people may still get up to evacuate waste material, procure sustenance, and periodically turn themselves toward sunlight.

Pre-ordered off Steam ... not sure it's the right way to go considering Randy Pitchford's view about Valve. Other than that I'm looking forward to the game :)

@ ominousshadow.. I think golden means 500,000 or 1,000,000 copies sold cant remember which. I would think gold 500k and Platinum = 1 million copies. I am sure someone has the correct anwser either way Randy Pitchford really did a great job talking this game up and getting us Diablo and FPS fans very excited. I have waited for forever for this game and then they push the pc version back a week... atleast on the bright side, its only a week.

Tony Barnhart is beyond gay

because there are no cross licensing fees for the pc. I believe microsoft and sony have a 10$ fee per release on there consoles. I could be totally wrong I have never actaully read that for fact, just what my memory thinks it knows for some reason.

Yeah, this game is going to be really great. i love the idea of a shooter with RPG elements to it. The only thing I am wary of is the loot sharing system. they have said that you have to drop a gun on the ground to trade it. that is going to be ugly.
