Blitzkrieg expansions, Lula 3D going digital
CDV's World War II real-time strategy game to receive three new downloadable add-ons; publisher will also digitally distribute its "erotic action adventure."
War has a way of sticking with its participants long after they've left the front lines. Veterans of CDV's 2003 PC real-time strategy game Blitzkrieg are about to experience a flashback of sorts, as the publisher has announced a series of three expansion packs for its World War II game that will be made available for download on April 1 from the company's soon-to-launch digital distribution store.
The three packs--Mission Barbarossa, Mission Kursk, and The Green Devils--include additional units, campaigns, and structures, among other changes. All three packs require the original Blitzkrieg, Blitzkrieg: Rolling Thunder, or Blitzkrieg: Burning Horizon.
Speaking of CDV's new digital distribution store, the service will also be used to distribute Lula 3D, an "erotic action adventure" to be published next month in Europe. The semi-racy game profiles a "curvaceous producer of erotic movies" who must rescue her buxom actors after they are kidnapped. Lula 3D is PC only and will likely not be available for retail purchase in the US.
