Immersion Corporation has announced that Lionhead Studios' upcoming god game Black & White will incorporate a full library of tactile sensations. The game will use Immersion's patented TouchSense tactile technology to let players using a TouchSense-enabled mouse--such as Logitech's iFeel mice--feel the wide variety of physical sensations featured in the game. Some examples of the sensations players will feel include fish nibbling at their hand as they feed them and a quickening heartbeat.

Black & White will be published by Electronic Arts, and it is scheduled for release this spring. For more information about Black & White, take a look at our collection of screenshots, movies, and previews of the game.
