To help keep up the popularity of Call of Duty 2, Activision has announced it will be staging a tournament from 7 p.m. Monday, September 9, to 7 a.m. Tuesday, September 10. Titled "Call of Duty 2 Xbox--All Nighter Community Party," the event will consist of two simultaneous real-world events: one in Miami, the other in Los Angeles, where members of COD2's development team at Infinity Ward will join in. Gamers at all points in between can participate in the Miami event by adding the GamerTag "AllNightMiami" or the LA event by adding "AllNightLA" to their friend lists. The event is part of Activision, Spike TV, and GameSpot's Call of Duty 3 Challenge contest, which you can find out more about via its official Web page.
