Bayonetta, Wonderful 101 Dev Platinum Games Teasing Announcement For "4"
Is it just one new project? Or a whole lot more?
Platinum Games, developer of Bayonetta, Nier: Automata, Vanquish, and others action games, has launched a mysterious teaser website called Platinum 4, with today's date featuring prominently underneath nothing more than an animated number "4".
The studio tweeted the link to the website earlier today with no indication of what the website is teasing. During the weekend, however, GameXplain reported that PlatinumGames would be launching a Kickstarter for a port of The Wonderful 101--a Wii U exclusive that will supposedly be coming to Nintendo Switch and PS4 [Update: Platinum Games have officially launched a Kickstarter with the hopes to port The Wonderful 101 to Nintendo Switch and possibly more platforms. The teaser website has also been updated, now linking to the Kickstarter and making it clearer that Platinum Games is indeed planning on four total announcements].

This was several hours after Wonderful 101 creative director and Platinum Games co-founder Hideka Kamiya tweeted a photo of himself with the number "101" repeated on a desktop behind him, clearly teasing the project that has long been rumored.
