@anvilone @LS-Chaos Could not agree more. Battlefield is about a lot of things, but the destruction BC2 added made it that every game was full of surprises. BF3 and for what Ive seen and played BF4 are a step forward in technology, but a huge step backwards in just plain FUN

@LS-Chaos Completely disagree about BC2 maps, and destruction was an amazing step forward in BC2, followed by two steps back. I agree that Battlefield is *more* than that feature, but that feature was amazing.

@ender707 @anvilone No, the BC2 maps are bland and unimaginative. BF3 maps added real structure at the sacrifice of destruction, now BF4 aims to have the best of both worlds but if it will has yet to be shown.

I'm tired of half-assed Battlefield players complaining about the destruction. No offense, you might be a hardcore Battlefield players, I'm speaking in general. Battlefield is so much more than Destruction and honestly I think DICE needs to quit riding that gimmick. I love the destruction don't get me wrong, it is part of what makes Battlefield great, however Battlefield's best aspects come from in the strategic skilled based gameplay, which really does benefit some when you have structure and you can't just level an entire map. Hopefully DICE can find it's perfect balance with Battlefield 4.

@anvilone @ender707 I agree with you, the maps were much more engaging. Just don't think they will make them because of the inferior destruction.

@telmor84 @ender707 Its the way of the future, but it is a dark one. Games used to come complete, or give bonuses to the ones that purchased the game new. BC1 and 2 are not to far away on our minds, and this franchise is on the verge of becoming something else, something more CODesque. Not a good sight.

@ender707 @telmor84 you seem pretty hung up on stuff thats in the past. if you have a problem with dlc in general, you're gonna have a good couple of years of complaining ahead :)

@_fark_ @wowgrandpa It really doesn't. BF4 beta is buggy as shit and it was just released to the people. "Open beta". If there is any intention of making changes to the game based on what happens in open beta, then this game is still being worked on.

And it definitely needs work right now.
