Batman: Arkham Knight, the upcoming action game from Rocksteady Studios, might have a release date. The official Microsoft Store (via Polygon) says the game will launch on February 24, 2015.
In development for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, Batman: Arkham Knight was originally expected to launch in fall 2014. However, the game was delayed earlier this month to a new release window of sometime in 2015. The delay was necessary, according to Rocksteady Studios, because, "We just want to make this the best experience that we can, and that takes time."
We have reached out to Rocksteady Studios regarding the game's rumored February 2015 release date.
If Batman: Arkham Knight does launch on February 24, it won't be the only high-profile and current-gen-only game coming to market on that day. CD Projekt Red's open-world RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt also launches on February 24.
