Batman: Arkham Asylum going for $1 via new Humble Bundle
New promotion allows users to pay what they want for Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY, F.E.A.R. 2, F.E.A.R. 3, and LOTR: War in the North.
Humble Bundle and Warner Bros. have partnered up to offer the first-ever Humble WB Games Bundle, allowing gamers to pay what they want for a series of WB-published titles.
Gamers can visit the Humble Bundle website and pay a minimum of $1 for Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, F.E.A.R. 3, and Lord of the Rings: War in the North.
Those who pay more than the average price will receive newer releases, including Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition and Scribblenauts Unlimited. All games are compatible with PC and can be redeemed via Steam download code.
Similar to past Humble Bundles, purchasers can choose how to allocate their spending. In the case of the Humble WB Games Bundle, gamers can give to the Humble Bundle organization itself, WB Games, or DC Entertainment's charitable effort We Can Be Heroes.
The biggest Humble Bundle to date was this summer's EA Humble Bundle, which brought in over $10.5 million for charities like Human Rights Campaign, Watsi, San Francisco AIDS Foundation, American Cancer Society, and American Red Cross.
