Bam Entertainment has announced that it will be releasing Star X for the Game Boy Advance. The game, which is similar to Nintendo's Star Fox series, lets players take control of an advanced fighter capable of both atmospheric and space flight. Star X will include 22 missions that are made up of both dog fighting and air-to-ground objectives. There are also plans to include a training mode, which will provide instructions and strategies on how to deal with enemy ships.

"Star X expands upon Bam's innovative action offerings for the Game Boy Advance," said Bernie Stolar, president and COO of Bam Entertainment. "Star X incorporates proven gameplay elements and a classic graphic appearance that will appeal to a wide variety of gamers."

Star X is scheduled for release in April.
