AU Shippin’ Out March 18-22: Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Capcom’s action role-playing game Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate hit the Wii U and 3DS consoles this week. Exclusive to Nintendo, the game is an expanded version of Monster Hunter 3, with new features implemented. Gears of War: Judgment also made its way to the Xbox 360. Continuing the trend of sports-centric game announcements, developer 505 Games confirmed a release date for Ashes Cricket 2013. The sports game is scheduled for release on June 21 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U. The game is being touted as being "created with real cricket fans and players in mind”. ANZ Call of Duty winners heading to Hollywood
Australian Call of Duty: Black Ops II professional teams Mindfreak eSports and Team Immunity are heading to Hollywood, California, to compete on the world stage. The finals will see 32 of the world’s best teams compete for a $1 million prize pool.

Call of Duty Championship Aussie qualifier wrap
Hosted by ACL, the Call of Duty Championship Australian qualifier ran on March 15. In addition to the competitive tournament, a show match went down between Australian YouTube personalities ChampChong, Churchie, TheGamerSheep, and AussieGamerChick, and a team comprised of Aussie hip hop artists Bliss N Eso, Vents, K21, and The Funkoars.
