Bohemia Interactive unleashes realistic warfare on the PC.

Another theatre of war is opening up for armchair soldiers this week in the fictional state of Chernarus, thanks to Bohemia Interactive's Arma II. Military sims don't get much more hardcore than this one, boasting an armoury of more than 80 weapons and 120 vehicles for you and your fellow US marines to use against your enemies. On top of the campaign, there's an extensive competitive multiplayer mode, as well as a mission editor for the modders. Arma II is deploying to storefronts around Australia this Thursday.

A few weeks after its North American release, The Conduit is finally coming to Australia. The game is set in the not-too-distant future, and you play as a shadowy government agent named Michael Ford, who is tasked with stopping an alien invasion of Washington, DC. If the single-player mode doesn't tickle your fancy, The Conduit also supports up to 12 players online via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Other releases to come out later this week include Brain Exercise With Dr. Kawashima, SBK-09 Superbike World Championship, and Superstars V8 Racing, all for the PC. Stay tuned to AU Shippin' Out for the latest news on what's coming out down under.
