The latest entry into driving simulation series, Gran Turismo, launches exclusively for PlayStation 3 this week. Gran Turismo 6 will feature a new rendering engine which features adaptive tessellation. A new physics and suspension engine has also been developed in partnership with Yokohama and KW Automotive.

Players can expect over 71 track layouts across 33 locations and approximately 1,200 cars to choose from. According to series creator Kazunori Yamauchi, the game will feature a redesigned user interface focused entirely around short load times and simplicity. Users will also have the option to purchase in-game credits using real money, which can then be used to unlock additional cars in the game.

Earlier this year, Yamauchi stated that Gran Turismo 6 will receive a "fairly large" day one patch, with updates expected to roll out for 12 months following the game's release.

Fans who have missed the Batman series of games will be able to pick up all of them in Batman: Arkham Collection Edition. The collection edition will include Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Origins. The latter will be available in the form of a digital disc, with the remaining games able to be obtained digitally.

The PC version of the collection edition will feature the Game of the Year Editions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, whilst fans who pick up the PS3 version will receive a Knightfall DLC pack to accompany Batman: Arkham Origins.

I can't wait for Bravely Default: Flying Fairy. It has a bizarre name but from my experience with the demo, I know it'll be an amazing JRPG - looks like Square Enix are getting back on track!
